We will be meeting weekly for goals, guidance + progress, as well as a monthly session with Theta Healing or BARS to clear beliefs and habits that have kept you from connecting to your TRUTH.
Each woman’s birth is sacred + unique to her. I believe that when a woman is guided by her truth, a deeper connection then opens allowing for a clearer vision for her journey.
I will hold space for you to move from YOUR truth. Together, with your partner we will connect + communicate the desires for your birth + postpartum journey. We will create a plan that best SUPPORTS the needs of you + your partner.

The word “doula” comes from the Greek meaning a woman who serves. A doula is a trained and experienced LABOR COMPANION who offers support in guiding a woman and her partner along their birth journey.
Binding is an essential part of the POSTPARTUM healing process. It offers assistance for the body while recovering (normally six to eight weeks) postpartum. A belly bind provides a woman’s postpartum body with integrated support by encouraging retraction of the abdominal wall, stabilizing loosened ligaments and providing torso support while vital organs re-adjust to their pre pregnancy size.
May we HONOR + CELEBRATE each woman as a rite of passage as she crosses the threshold from maiden to mother! This is a POWERFUL journey of transformation and essential that she is nurtured and supported through this transition.
As a woman experiences the beautiful internal changes of pregnancy, the external physical body begins to change as well. For some women, the body may become more sensitive or it may have certain areas of discomfort. MASSAGE offers many benefits for the ever- changing body before, during and through the journey of motherhood.
